A retainer fee is required to schedule an appointment. This retainer fee is non-refundable. It will be applied towards your remaining balance.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If for any reason the client must cancel/ reschedule their appointment, please do so up to 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to notify Leyla Sufi Beauty Co. of a cancellation/ rescheduling before the deadline will result in forfeiting your retainer fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

Leyla Sufi Beauty Co reserves the right to charge 25% of the full service price (in addition to the retainer fee) for any No Call No Shows.Clients that are No Show will be banned from booking any further appointments with Leyla Sufi Beauty Co.

Late Policy

Clients who are late 10 min or more may result in their appointment cut short to ensure the following client starts their appointment on time. If a client is late 15 min or more, they risk their appointment being cancelled (retainer fee will not be transferrable).

Clients may cancel/reschedule appointments following the instructions in the confirmation email/text. In the case of a late cancellation/rescheduling, text (816) 974-7206 or email Leylasufibeautyco@gmail.com.

Payment method: Cash,Debit or credit accepted.

In booking an appointment, client gives Leyla Sufi Beauty Co. consent to send appointment reminders by text and email. 

Note- Clients may not bring any guests, pets or children to appointments please.
